All our items are BRAND NEW AND SEALED; if they are refurbished or reconditioned it will be CLEARLY MENTIONED in the description.
Payments:
Accept Cashier Check or Money Order or Pay Pal and most major credit cards.
Shipping:
Once we receive your online order in our system, we start processing the order and it goes to our fulfillment department. In that department, the item is packed, labeled etc and it takes some time. It is not possible to cancel any item that is in the fulfillment process. Once everything is done we ship out the item ASAP.
We only ship to the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Sorry for any inconvenience, but this is company policy at this time.
All orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3-business days after we receive payment. Sometimes it takes more than 1 business day due to workload. We like to get orders out with in 1 business day. There is no guaranteed shipping day for your item.
When ordering an item with expedited shipping, such as FedEx 2 day air or overnight shipping, please realize that your item will be shipped in that manner. This does not mean that you will get it in 2 days or next day. We will try our best to get all orders out as fast as possible, but once again, there are no guarantees.
Once your item has shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent to the email address you provided with your order. Please make sure that is updated to get all replies and emails from us. 99% of the time, tracking info is included in the email. We do not give out tracking info on the phone. Do not call for updates on your orders. All inquiries are handled through email.
If the order is refused, returned due to insufficient address, incorrect address, unclaimed or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a 15% restocking fee on the sales price or $20, (whichever value is greater). We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being returned for the above reasons.
All orders over $150 are sent signature required. No exceptions.
All Pay-Pal payments going to an unconfirmed Pay-Pal address will be denied. No exceptions.
