Please notify Harbor Marine immediately if for any Reason you decide to return an item, Software items (Like CDs, DVD, Data Cards, Chips. etc) cannot be returned unless it is our mistake, Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA), Please contact us and specify the reason of the return, Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is our mistake, All returns must be made within 14 days of the date when you receive the item. Thereafter, all sales are final, All returns must be in original factory cartons with all contents and original packing materials, Non defective returns for a refund or replacement must be in NEW/Sealed and in unused Condition.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts accordingly, Returns must be shipped freight prepaid with tracking. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused, Defective Merchandise: All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer, If the Description states "This is a Closeout item": Closeout items are non returnable, All "non-defective", "your mistake", "no reason", "changed mind" returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A printable sales receipt will be sent upon request by e-mail for Warranty Purposes (where applicable), All credits will be made back to the original payment method, If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package.
